We are dedicated to maintaining client confidentiality and privacy regarding the treatments and services we provide to you. Clients are provided a copy of our detailed Privacy Policy at the initial appointment.
Appointments
To schedule an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome especially for new clients seeking help.
Payment policy
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, credit cards, and Health Spending Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) cards. The returned check fee is $60.00.
Cancellation policy
If a cancellation or rescheduled appointment is necessary, Lotus Center of Healing, LLC requires 24 hours notice or you may be charged for your appointment. Emergency cancellations are determined at the practitioners discretion. An appointment that is canceled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice, or no shows may be charged the full price of that appointment.
Providing us a 24-hours notice allows Lotus Center of Healing, LLC to fill that appointment time from our waiting list.
Late policy
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late will result in a shorter therapy time as we are on a schedule and need to be respectful of the next client.
InsuranceWe do not bill health insurance. Instead, we can provide you with a receipt upon request that may be submitted to your insurer for possible reimbursement, or may be filed with your medical and dental expenses on federal income taxes subject to IRS limitations. Therefore, payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. The returned check fee is $60.00.
We are an out-of-network provider with the following insurance companies: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, and United Healthcare.
We accept Health Spending Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), or Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA) cards. If your HSA, FSA, or HRA provider does not offer reimbursement cards, we can provide you with a receipt upon request that may be submitted to your HSA, FSA, or HRA provider for possible reimbursement. Therefore, payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. The returned check fee is $60.00.
Etiquette
We are a professional establishment offering wellness therapies for overall health and well-being. We will not tolerate unacceptable behavior during a therapy session and have the right to deny services to anyone who expresses inappropriate behaviors.
